The Office of the Vice President for Administration & Chief Operating Officer is the executive office responsible for assigning the President in providing governance and support for the Conference's churches, schools, and ministries. This office also oversees various critical functions, including Human Resources, Volunteer Services, Deeds & Trust Services, Risk Management, Legal Affairs, Vital Record & Statistics, and Real Estate & Property Transactions. The VP for Administration & COO also serves as the Assistance Chair and Recording Secretary for the Executive Committee and Chairs several committees such as the Constitution & Bylaws Committee, Background Check. Committee, Human Resources Committee, and Campground Committee. Additionally, this office is appointed by the President to manage and supervise the operations of the Conference Office and Campgrounds.

The Administrative Team is comprised of the chief officers of the Lake Region Conference of Seventh-Day Adventists, the Ministerial Director and the Associate Executive Secretary. They are charged with putting into effect all administrative functions of the conference.
