LRC Illiana Women’s Conference hosted at the Capitol City SDA Church

LRC Women’s Ministries hosted its first Illiana Area Women’s Conference. On March 16th, women across Indianapolis and surrounding areas gathered at the Capitol City SDA Church for a day of Empowerment. Guest speaker, Pastor Kimberly Bulgin delivered a transforming worship service message, “When God Cries Out Like a Woman.”

The message was preceded by Spirit-filled praise in song that elevated attendees to worship God. Service participants included local church Women’s Ministry leaders and volunteers from surrounding area churches.

The day continued with a delicious vegetarian meal followed by afternoon workshops by Tamesha Allen – Embracing the Purpose in You, Cristin Dent – Equipping You for Spiritual War, and Pastor Tricia Payne – Telling Your Story. Pastor Bulgin concluded the conference presenting on her 7 Laws of Liberation.

LRC Women’s Ministries Director, Pastor Tricia Payne, who’s mission is to embrace, encourage, equip and empower women to their purposed potential in Christ explains, “This was a team effort, a living example of the body of Christ at work!”

Special thanks to Sister Shekita Winder, Pastor Payne’s Illiana’s Women’s Leader for her hard work in helping to lead in the planning of this conference and to the host church and Pastor Christopher M. Clark for their hospitality.
