This year for Junior Camp, the theme was Wild West. Youth from ages 8-16 got the chance to learn about David, a lone ranger and find their purpose in Life with Jesus. Each camper was able to participate and learn from different classes: dry clay, magnets, auto mechanics, cookie decorating and so much more. The camp had many western activities created by our camp activity director, Director Ziggi (Zariya Suggs). Our staff and campers had wonderful meals stirred up by our camp food director, Chef J. (Jesse Haggerman-Austin) and his crew. The camp was full of laughter, games, go-karts, laser tag, field trips and more.
The Junior Camp executive coordinator Director KBoom (Avery Michael Clarke) and assistant Director Kit Kat (Kailyn Williams) organized, planned and executed a camp that the staff, campers and visitors enjoyed to bring people closer to Christ and provide a YEE-HAW Fun Time. Look out next year Junior Camp, they plan to Blast OFF into SPACE! Special thanks to our Youth Director, Earl Baldwin, and our Young Adult Director, Dr. James Doggette, Jr. for all of their support!
