LRC Executive Committee Announces New Departmental Appointments

[Mokena, Illinois – December 3, 2024] – On Thursday, November 30, 2024, the Lake Region Conference Executive Committee voted to appoint the following: Dr. Philip Willis as the Director of Urban and NSO Ministries, Pam Daly as the Director of Children’s Ministries, and Enid Williams as the Associate Director of Children’s Ministries. These appointments are effective January 1, 2024 and reflect the Lake Region Conference’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team and enhancing its ministries.

Dr. Philip Willis, Director of Urban and NSO Ministries: As the Director of Urban and NSO Ministries, he will play a pivotal role in furthering the mission of the Lake Region Conference in urban communities and supporting the National Service Organization initiatives.

Pam Daly, Director of Children’s Ministries: Pam Daly is poised to lead the Children’s Ministries with passion and innovation. Her commitment to nurturing the spiritual growth of children aligns seamlessly with the Lake Region Conference’s vision.

Enid Williams, Associate Director of Children’s Ministries: Enid Williams, brings a fresh perspective and a dedication to supporting the four-fold development of children within the Lake Region Conference.
