The Lake Region Conference mourns the passing of Ms. Hattie Mickell, who went to rest on February 1, 2025. A cherished member of our community, Sister Mickell was a constant presence in Lake Region, known and loved by all—both young and old. From serving on the cafeteria line during Camp Meetings to sharing thoughtful gift baskets with LRC Administration, her kindness and unwavering faith touched countless lives. She never missed an opportunity to witness about God, leaving behind a legacy of love and service. A Celebration of Life service will be held on:
